Seeking Sponsors for the 2024 Scarlet & Gray Dinner and Auction

The West Lafayette Schools Education Foundation is now seeking sponsors for the 2024 Scarlet & Gray Dinner and Auction. An important component to ensuring the success of our students, faculty, staff and families of our West Lafayette Community Schools is the annual West Lafayette Schools Education Foundation (WLSEF) Scarlet & Gray Dinner and Auction. This event is the largest fundraising event of the year to sustain and grow support for the enhancement of our school community. It will be held at the Beck Agricultural Center in West Lafayette on Friday evening, April 19, 2024.

The 2023 Scarlet & Gray event brought proud Red Devil supporters together for a fun and successful evening in which we raised over $43,000 to support WLSEF programs, including teacher grants, the Backpack Program, and the WLSEF operating fund.

In our mission to support our schools, we are seeking businesses and individuals as sponsors for the Scarlet & Gray event. The 2024 benefits for being a sponsor include:

Scarlet Sponsor: $5,000

• Table for 8 to attend the event.
• Your logo will appear on the event website and event program.
• Six social media posts from time of commitment until May 1, 2024

Gray Sponsor: $2,500

• Four tickets to attend the event.
• Your logo will appear on the event website and event program.
• Six social media posts from time of commitment until May 1, 2024.

One More Sponsor: $1,000

• Two tickets to attend the event.
• Your logo will appear on the event website and event program.
• Four social media posts from time of commitment until May 1, 2024.

RDP Sponsor: $500

• Your logo will appear on the event website and event program.
• Two social media posts from time of commitment until May 1, 2024.
• Grab Bag Sponsor: up to $499
• Donate gift cards, product and/or services to promote your business in a package to be sold for a fixed price at the event to benefit WLSEF.
• Business name on banner at event.
• Two social media posts thanking business for their support.
